Best Buy is launching on TikTok Shop, giving customers a new way to discover and shop for technology, right from their feed to their front door. Starting in late October, the experience will feature nearly 10,000 products from top brands including Oura, Bose, Dyson and Microsoft, enabling customers to go from discovery to purchase without leaving the TikTok app.

Social media isn’t just influencing what people buy anymore. It’s shaping how they discover products, with creators playing an increasingly important role in what people notice, consider and want to try. Launching on TikTok Shop lets us meet customers at that exact moment of discovery and make it easy to shop.”

Best Buy

A new way to shop Best Buy.

With the launch of TikTok Shop, customers will have another way to shop with Best Buy just in time for the holiday season. App users can expect to see products through shoppable creator videos, the Best Buy shop page, the TikTok Shop tab and product pages in the app. Customers can purchase products directly through TikTok, with orders fulfilled by Best Buy. Eligible TikTok Shop purchases can be returned directly in store or mailed back to Best Buy, making returns easy and convenient.

Powering creator-led commerce

The launch also gives creators and brands more ways to connect with their audiences. Through the Best Buy Creator program, creators can share their expertise, introduce followers to products and let them shop directly in the TikTok app.

For Best Buy Ads partners, the launch unlocks new ways to work with creators on the platform. Brands can use creator content in their campaigns to feature products, give shoppers a direct path to purchase through shoppable content and affiliate links, and extend the reach of the content through paid advertising. Campaigns connect back to Best Buy’s first-party data and measurement capabilities so brands can better understand which creators, content and products are driving engagement and sales.
